With the double pressure of energy saving and emission reduction and environmental protection, energy-saving equipment represented by high-efficiency motor has attracted much attention in the market. High efficiency motor is a kind of motor with high efficiency. The high efficiency motor adopts new motor (micromotor) design, new technology and new materials. Through reducing the loss of electromagnetic energy, heat energy and mechanical energy, the output efficiency is improved. Compared with standard motor, the energy saving effect of high efficiency motor is very obvious, and the efficiency can be increased by 4% on average
China has listed energy saving of motor system into one of the ten national energy saving projects as early as 2008, and in 2009, it also included the high-efficiency and super efficient motor application in Huimin project. At the beginning of last year, the national motor energy efficiency improvement plan was issued. It is mentioned that in 2015, China realized the upgrading of motor (Micro Motor) products, 50% of low voltage three-phase cage asynchronous motor products and 40% of high-voltage motor products reached the standard standards for high efficiency motor energy efficiency; the company promoted 170million kW of high-efficiency motor in total, eliminated the low efficiency motor in use by 160million kW, and implemented electricity The energy saving technology of the machine (micro motor) system is 100million kW, and the elimination of the motor is carried out to produce 20million kilowatts. It is estimated that in 2015, the power saving of 80billion kwh will be realized, which is equivalent to 26million tons of standard coal energy saving and 68million tons of carbon dioxide emission reduction. The energy conservation and Comprehensive Utilization Department of Ministry of industry and information technology announced that it will officially implement the motor energy efficiency improvement plan nationwide. The plan is planned to take 3 years to improve the national motor energy efficiency and promote the transformation and upgrading of the motor industry. More than 30000 industrial enterprises with annual power consumption of more than 10 million kilowatt hours will be the key implementation object of the plan. According to the estimation, the plan will drive the demand of high-efficiency motor and related equipment to close to 100 billion yuan. With the promotion of energy efficiency improvement plan, the market demand of high efficiency motor (micro motor) will gradually release, increasing year by year.
China's motor exports will also be gradually released
Now, the enterprises engaged in traditional motor production in developed countries such as Europe and America are less and less, and Chinese motor enterprises may become their importers. The proportion of high-efficiency motor in the existing domestic stock motor is less than 5%, and the high-efficiency motor produced mainly sells abroad. At the same time, the application ratio of high-efficiency motor in China is only 23% - 25%.
The gap between the motor energy efficiency and the foreign countries
China has gradually become a big country in motor manufacturing, and has mastered the production technology of high-efficiency and ultra-efficient energy-saving motors, but the competitiveness of the industry is still weak as a whole. The motor consumption is large and the energy efficiency level is low. At present, there is a great gap between the overall energy efficiency level of China and foreign countries. Especially, the energy efficiency of electric equipment such as motor and transformer is large, with large consumption and wide application area. The electricity consumption by motor accounts for 64% of the total social consumption every year, and the energy consumption of motor in industrial field accounts for more than 70% of the total power consumption in industrial field. The energy efficiency consumption of motor system is more different from that of foreign countries, which is about 15% - 20% . According to gb18613-2012, most of the motor in use and production in China is less than the standard of grade 3 energy efficiency motor. The average efficiency is 87%, and the efficiency of high-efficiency motor already implemented by developed countries has reached more than 91%. In addition, statistics from the Ministry of industry and information technology show that the proportion of high efficiency motors in use in China is only about 5%. Academician Tang Renyuan, a famous motor expert in China, has pointed out that in recent years, although China has kept pace with the international level in the field of high-efficiency Motor Research and development, the technical progress is very optimistic. In the future, on the one hand, we should carry out the research on energy saving technology of motor and its system, such as research and development of high efficiency energy-saving motor; high efficiency fan, pump and compressor system; high efficiency transmission system; reasonable matching of motor system; system integration scheme of energy saving of motor system. On the other hand, the relevant guidelines and standards for energy conservation of motor system should be formulated, such as the guidelines for energy saving transformation of the system, the energy saving testing and evaluation standards of the motor system in the special field. In addition, it is necessary to establish energy-saving certification institutions for motor system, such as market access certification, energy-saving product certification, energy-saving certification of various high-efficiency motor systems.
